The Fitorch PR40 flashlight was specifically designed for long range illumination, ideal for hunting and searching. This light comes with an array of accessories that it could be called an all-in-one kit. The package includes batteries, a charging cable, carrying options, spare components, a tactical ring and four easy mounting colored filters! These filters are easy to install and assist in a number of different environments while hunting, fishing, tracking or in a tactical situation. It is a dual fuel flashlight, running off of two 18650 (included) or four CR123A Li-ion batteries. Either of these power sources can provide up to 430 hours of use without recharging. With that much power and an advanced optical system, this flashlight can put out 1350 lumens with a beam that can reach as far as 1000 meters away! Once it is time to charge your flashlight, the quick charge 1A Micro USB port and included cable will have you powered up again in a flash.

Tactical Build

The PR40 was constructed from high quality aluminum alloy for its lightweight but durable qualities. The military grade hard-anodized finish provides protection from corrosion and scratches from everyday use. Not only impact resistant up to 1 meter, but is O-ring sealed for a waterproof rating of IPX-8, so you can use it in any weather. The dual switch design is user friendly and the buttons are easily located with a gloved or bare hand. The tail switch can be used for constant On/Off or momentary tactical illumination. The side switch is for choosing a brightness level and accessing specialty modes. The side switch is an integrated battery power indicator that lights up around the button to let you know remaining power in real-time. Specialty Modes:

Battery Level Indicator: Press and hold the side switch, then click the tail switch to activate the LED indicator to start blinking red or green. Each blink in green indicates 1.0V and each red blink indicates 0.1V. For example, if your battery is at 3.8V, the indicator will blink green 3 times, and red 8 times.

Location Beacon: When the light is on, quick press the side switch 4 times, the LED battery level indicator will blink every two seconds for easy recognition in the dark. Press the switch again to turn mode off.

Note: Please refer to the downloadable user manual for a list of recommended compatible batteries for optimal performance. After in use for a long time, the light will get very warm – this is normal and is not a defect. Memory mode activates after three minutes once light has been turned off.
