2. If you found you haven’t got the battery in the parcel–1)check the order if includes battery option; 2)find our service immediately to check it and solve it .
3) If you find any miss or damage or soemthing ,pls contact our service firstly, it can solve your problem basically.
4) POWER BANK– Pls check the battery use 3.7V 18650 battery, the 1.5V AA battery have no enough power to support the power, the power bank function can not work .
